Vetted vendors

The experts transforming healthcare, in the room with you.

Ecofy does not build its own solutions. It finds the companies that are changing how medicine, health and wellness organizations run, vets them in production, and brings their top solutions experts to the Executive Forum, the Solution Labs and the Studio. Every company below carries the research on why it matters, quoted to its source.

What this page is

A reading list of the companies changing the work.

34 companies across 9 categories, 72 named sources. Drafted by Lumen from the sources, checked by a person, updated as the brief reports what each one ships.

Three ways a company earns a place: it runs a Solution Lab at the Forum in front of the executives who asked for it; a member nominates what they run; or the published evidence (Best in KLAS, peer-reviewed studies, named deployments) says it is moving the field. The experts who come to the room are the people who built and deployed the thing, not the people who sell it.

How we vet

Six questions, answered in production.

A company is vetted by what it has done inside a health organization, not by what it says on stage. The Solution Labs and the clinic day are where the answers come from.

Evidence in production
Named health organizations using it, with measured results we can cite. Published studies outrank case studies; case studies outrank demos.
Security and compliance posture
A Business Associate Agreement on offer, SOC 2 Type II or equivalent, data residency stated, model training on customer data stated and refusable.
Integration
Works inside the systems a practice already runs (Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, the phone system) without a second screen.
Economics
Pricing a practice can budget, a measurable return within a quarter, and no token-taxing surprises.
People impact
Hours returned to clinicians and staff, and what it does to the patient's first thirty seconds. Both have to improve.
Vendor conduct
Honest claims, responsive support, and a willingness to be measured. A vendor that will not share production evaluations on your call types is not vetted.

How the sources are quoted

Every “why it matters” line rests on a named outlet, a headline and a date you can click. Peer-reviewed studies, KLAS and the Peterson Health Technology Institute outrank trade press; trade press outranks company statements, which are labelled as such. Corrections go to aubree@ecofy.com and are made the same week.
