Draft · Draft, pending counsel review
This page is placeholder copy written during the build and clearly marked as a draft. It will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version before launch. Questions in the meantime go to aubree@ecofy.com.
What we collect
When you apply to the Forum, the Studio or the Chief AI Officer practice, or write to us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, organization, title and the message you send. Our site also records ordinary server logs, including IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to curate the Forum tables, to run the engagement you have asked about and to send you notes about Ecofy that we think you will want. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to aubree@ecofy.com.
Who sees it
Your details stay with Ecofy LLC. We use a small number of service providers to host the site, store data and send email. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with sponsors without your say so.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to aubree@ecofy.com and a person will reply.
Changes
This page will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed policy before launch. The date at the top will change when it does.
