How the meetings work
The meetings are the reason a platform comes and the reason an executive opts in to day two. They are built before anyone arrives, not found in a hallway.
01
Two weeks before the edition, executives name the platforms they want twenty minutes with and platforms name the executives. Only mutual requests are booked. No one is pitched by someone they did not ask for.
02
Each delegate and each executive receives a personal schedule: who, when, which numbered table, and the executive's one-line brief for every meeting.
03
Day two, 9:20 to noon, twenty tables in the exhibit gallery. No slides. The brief is on the table and the clock is visible. Six meetings at most per executive.
04
Three meals and four breaks over two days. Seating is set from the same requests, so the conversation an executive wanted continues at lunch and at the single-table dinner.
Day one is the Theatre: operators on stage, platforms in labs and at the impromptu tables during breaks. Day two is the schedule. See the sample edition.
The room
Two hundred seats, released by application so the tables are balanced and the conversation stays candid.
200
executives per edition, seated by application so every table is balanced
250
seats in the Theatre-in-the-Round at GuideWell Innovation Center, with eight screens
20,000+
Lake Nona households and businesses that receive Nonahood News in print every month
1,500+
events hosted at the venue since 2016, inside the Lake Nona Medical City cluster
CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs and practice administrators of multi-location practices, specialty groups, hospitals and payers.
Heads of AI, cloud and marketing from the firms these executives already trust, invited to work rather than pitch.
A small number, by invitation, working on problems the room cares about. Day three of each edition is theirs.
Engineers from the platforms we orchestrate and faculty from the campus next door, running labs in the working sessions and recording in the Studio.
Every edition is recorded in the Studio, so a sponsor’s session keeps working after the room empties: an episode, a clip package and a Nonahood News feature at the Title tier.
