The steps
6 steps, each on a page that already exists.
- 01
Read who is in the room and the rules of it
Start with the Forum page: the format of the two to three days, who sits at the tables, and the six rules read aloud on day one. Sponsors never take the stage, badges carry no logos, and the Chatham House Rule applies. If that is not the room you want, stop here and save everyone a call.
The Executive Forum - 02
Read what the package contains
Forum Partner at $20,000 per month, twelve months billed monthly: five seats at every monthly Forum, the Studio's Signal tier, a Nonahood News placement every month, one executive at the founders' day, clinic meetings built from mutual requests, a Solution Lab slot, listing with disclosure, and a quarterly readout. The Studio's Authority tier is the one upgrade, scoped after discovery. If you only want a seat, the executive seat is $7,500 per executive per Forum.
The package and the seat - 03
Request the partner brief
The form asks for your name, work email, company, title, whether you are asking about the package or a seat, and what you hope the room takes away. Aubree reads every inquiry and replies within three business days with the partner brief and the seats still open.
Request the brief - 04
Agree the start month in writing
One package, one price, confirmed in writing for twelve months. Twenty partners, then a waiting list; there is nothing to negotiate and no discount to ask for. Your Solution Lab topic, your first Studio recording and your Nonahood placement are set at the same time so the program can be built around them.
The terms, in full - 05
Build the meetings before anyone arrives
Both sides ask; only mutual requests are booked. Attendee details are shared only with the attendee's consent, and no lists are sold. You will be asked who you want to meet and what you can show them in a lab or a clinic, where the executive sets the brief.
How the meetings work - 06
Follow what the room is reading
Your Chief AI Officer publishes every weekday morning and the Insights desk organizes it by topic and by seat. The executives you will meet read it. Platforms the brief tracks appear by name, labelled and disclosed, when they ship something that matters.

What happens next
After you write, this is what follows.
Once the package is confirmed, you receive the program for the next monthly Forum, the request form for meetings and the Studio calendar. Your five seats go on the Forum's list, your table is built by hand, your first recording is scheduled and your Nonahood placement is booked. Nothing is announced until it is in writing.

Questions
What sponsors and partners ask before they write.
Can a partner present from the stage?
No. Keynotes belong to operators. Partners host the dinner or a table and run Solution Labs and clinics, where the executive sets the brief. That rule is what makes the executives come.
Is there a smaller package?
No. One package at $20,000 per month for twelve months, twenty partners. The only other thing for sale is the executive seat at $7,500 per executive per Forum, for a healthcare executive or a vendor executive.
Will we receive the attendee list?
Only with each attendee's consent, through the mutual meeting requests. Ecofy does not sell or share lists.
How soon do we hear back?
Within three business days of your inquiry, with the partner brief and the seats still open.
