The promise

Agents in production, governance in place, a board that can read the plan.

You get the judgment of an AI executive, the hands of a forward-deployed engineering pod, and the reach of the enterprise platforms we orchestrate, without hiring three teams.

Founding cohort

Opens first quarter of 2027. 3 engagements, led personally by Aubree.

The cohort is small on purpose: a founder in every room, and an engineering pod staffed as each engagement is signed. The assessment is how a seat is reserved.

What is included

  • Fractional Chief AI Officer on your leadership team, led personally by Aubree
  • Forward-deployed engineering, 20 hours a month, delivering agents and automations
  • Quarterly AI roadmap and board-level reporting against the metrics you chose
  • Data governance foundation in the first 60 days
  • Role-based AI training and adoption program
  • Platform and model selection across Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI and Blitzy, with the reasoning in writing
  • Access to the Executive Forum and a Studio recording block

Four tiers

Start where you are. Platform is the standard.

Every tier is a monthly retainer with the same Chief AI Officer. The difference is scope: one workflow, a production system, the whole business, or a group of them. The founding cohort opens in the first quarter of 2027 with 3 engagements.

Pilot

$10,000per month

One workflow, one team, proof of value in 90 days.

Platform

The standard
$20,000per month

The standard engagement. Agents across the business, governance that holds, an owner who can step back.

HoldCo

$25,000per month

Multi-entity, multi-location posture for groups and roll-ups.

The first twelve months

A roadmap, not a pilot that never ends.

Governance first, adoption alongside it, then the deployments that move the numbers.

    Months 1 to 2

    Data governance and management

Secure, compliant, well-managed data is the foundation for every agent that follows.

    Training and adoption

Role-based sessions from the executive team to the front line.

  3. 3

    Months 3 to 8

    Advanced deployments

Contact center, knowledge systems, customer-facing voice AI.

  4. 4

    Months 4 to 12

    Agent development

Agents built, measured and refined against the outcomes you chose.

Platforms we orchestrate

Model choice is a decision we make with you.

We select per task from a small set of enterprise platforms we implement and operate, and we put the reasoning in writing.

Who it is for

Who this is built for

The engagement works best where the leadership team is ready to decide, the data is worth governing, and the outcomes can be measured within a year.

Multi-location medical practices

Groups with several sites, a shared EHR and a front office that is drowning in calls, prior authorizations and documentation.

Health organizations in Central Florida

Hospitals, specialty networks and payers who want an AI roadmap their board can read and a partner who sits in the room.

Physician-owned groups preparing for a transaction

Owners who know AI maturity now shows up in valuation and want Govern-level posture before the data room opens.

Operators of roll-ups and holding companies

Leaders responsible for a portfolio of entities who need one operating model across all of them.

Questions

Asked often.

What does a fractional Chief AI Officer actually do each month?

They sit on your leadership team, own the AI roadmap, run the governance program, select platforms and models from the set we orchestrate, and direct the twenty engineering hours that ship agents and automations into production. You get the judgment of a full-time executive without a full-time hire.

Who actually does the work?

Aubree leads every engagement personally and sits on your leadership team. Engineering is delivered by Ecofy's forward-deployed engineering pod, which is being staffed for the founding cohort as engagements are signed, with vetted delivery firms behind it for scale. The founding cohort is capped at three engagements so every one of them has a founder in the room.

Which tier should we start with?

Most organizations start at Platform, which is the standard engagement and the one described on this page. Pilot is for proving one workflow with one team in ninety days. Production adds governance and measured outcomes. HoldCo is for groups with several entities and locations that need one operating model across all of them.

What is the minimum term?

Six months. The first sixty days are spent on data governance, which is the foundation for everything that follows, and we want enough runway to put agents into production and measure them honestly.

How does the AI Readiness Assessment fit in?

The assessment is a two-week engagement for $2,500 that produces a scored readiness report and a recommended starting tier. The fee credits toward your first month of the Chief AI Officer engagement, so it is the natural first step.

Which platforms and models do you work with?

We select per task from the enterprise platforms we orchestrate: Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI and Blitzy, with a sovereign infrastructure option for workloads that must stay in a controlled environment. We implement and operate them the way a value-added reseller and integrator would, we are not tied to a single vendor, and we say so in writing.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your tenant. Governance is designed in the first sixty days, access is role-based, and every agent action is logged and confirmed by a person before it runs. We make no medical claims and we do not deploy clinical decision tools without your clinical leadership in the room.
