Biography
Aubree has spent his career inside the systems that organizations depend on, from the networks that carry sensitive traffic to the cloud and security platforms that mid-market companies run on today. As Chief Strategy Officer at Iserv Group, a thirty-year managed services firm with operations in Grand Rapids and Orlando, he leads the strategy behind its AI-as-a-Service practice and its partnerships with Microsoft and its channel.
He founded Ecofy in Orlando in 2017 around three words, work, life and impact, and rebuilt it as an AI-native operating company: four lines of business run on an AI operator named Lumen, with a person confirming every action. The Chief AI Officer practice brings that same operating model to health organizations, starting with a readiness assessment and a sixty-day data governance foundation before any agent is deployed.
Aubree is Value Builder certified and advises founders on building companies that are worth more than their revenue. This year he is convening the Executive Forum at Lake Nona Medical City and standing up the first Chief AI Officer engagements. He works from the GuideWell Innovation Center and answers his own email.
